Yea imma start DCAing into some of theses. I have a pretty good set up already however the more the merrier. When you learn DCA and compounding are king in the market. And a lot of the ones you mention resonate with my investment strategy. Thank you so much. A lot of the comments don’t know that this is literally a million dollar strategy we charge our clients top dollars for that’s just been giving out for free. We are truly blessed.

For the average investor, the stock market is the best tool for long-term wealth creation. Still, many people can’t take advantage of it because they are trying to make quick money from the stock market. I put about $200k into the market and held good positions.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

A little misleading. If you buy in January you will likely not get paid those January dividends unless unless the ex-date for those stocks is January 2

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $150k dividends received in 2023.

Putting well-earned money into the stock market can’t be over emphasized for first - time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $3M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly 60.

This issues bugs the crap out of me. Far more important than intelligent investing is intelligent money management. That means not spending all the money you get into your hands the moment it arrives, not living hand to mouth, not living beyond your means, not being broke all the time, not doing a monthly budget. Instead, you allow whatever income you are getting to gather into an account each month, and then at the end of the month, balance your account, pay ALL you bills including completely paying off any charge card purchases (never run a charge card balance, EVER!). Then, whatever is left over is available to spend over the next month. For dividend payments coming in every three month, you simply would not have those dividends to spend but every three months, But such a system would never rely upon the timing of dividend payments. Any expenses larger than the monthly spending amount after bills is saved until enough is available to make that purchase. But some sizable amount of money should ALWAYS be put into an emergency fund to cover surprise expenses.

High dividends can be a danger sign. Most of these securities have been in at a 2 year downturn. The earnings do not cover the dividends on many of them which means potential dividend cuts and more downward pressure. Analysts are stating that the securities are overvalued at these prices. The Dividends may be attractive, but the gains in dividends may be wiped out by capital losses. These do not look like secure long term investments at this time. Do your homework before buying.

This is essentially how I invest, though I'm a bit short for March/June, etc. months and I have a lot more than 12 positions.

There are come inaccuracies in this video. I own MO, CTO, and ABR. MO pays in January, ex in Dec. CTO goes ex and pays in Dec. ABR went ex and paid in November.

Thanks for pointing me to AHH to research, perhaps MORT & BIZD. Tend to shy away from ETFs for income (have some sector-specific ETFs for growth) because the payout is irregular. Maybe these two are different. Happy New Year.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Jasmine Querida. I now make huge profits by weekly through his services while still learning to stand on my own

Dividends are a great thing, but they’re only really effective for passive income when you either have somewheres over 20 to 25 thousand shares of a high yielding stock. Meaning you likely need to have a few hundred thousand if not more invested in it. Re-investing dividends back into the same stock certainly does snowball with compound interest, but you only really start seeing it after 20 years of never stopping and likely needing to add additional money of your own with it….so it’ll be time consuming and costly. The way I see it if you have a million dollars at some point, that’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50 to 70 thousand in dividend income
