Like format painter in Word, right ?

Hey wonderful tutorial. Probably the most concise yet complete. I have one question that I wanted to check with you on. I have used the PiP to overlay a green screen video on a static background, and then used the chroma key in Inshots to remove the background from the video. Now when I place this video on the background, I notice that there is a shimmering effect, especially around the hair, which makes it kind of clear that the background is a virtual one. My question is, how does one therefore remove the shimmer and blend the video with the background.

Do you think Capcut is best for beginners or InShot? thanks
