These are great! I had a heap of large book pages that I wanted to turn into envelopes, so I made a range of your suggestions, and added some variety - the long tall ones, I opened on the side, one I had upside down - so the flap was bigger than the base section, and one I didn't glue, so it'll open up all the way. Thank you 😃

I just found this video and it has help me use some dies that I have cause I didn't know how to use them. They are dies to shape the flaps of my envelopes with a design. This simple envelope that you have shown me is so easy and I thank you for this. I plan on making more. I'm glad I found this video! I haven't started junk journaling yet but I want to. I have supplies on their way, so while I'm waiting, I've been watching video...... and getting myself overly stressed. I saw a video with a JJ made with just envelopes and loved the idea but the lady was using a fancy envelope maker which I can't afford so I was getting upset. Then I found this video! And I like this much better! So thank you for this tutorial.

What weight of paper are you using?

How did you tea dye the paper?

What kind of "inker" did you use?

If you ended with a gap you can put the embellishment over that side
