ОтветитьWorking out the shoulders have always been my favorite! Anything to make them look smaller. My shoulders are on the broad side. Rebecca you have always had the best workouts for the whole body. I have always had great results! Plus you make it fun and you talking through it makes you forget you’re working out at times! You are an excellent instructor! 😘😘😘😘😘 Thank you!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

ОтветитьThank you for helping me show that even girls that don t dare to go to fitness and sports classes can DEFINITELY get visible results toning up that upper body at home...and raising my motivation to do so and trying new and more complicated upper body workouts >> now I say yes to doing 30 min. Strength workouts and I did start with the idea that a 20 min. Upper body dumbell workout " might be too hard/ too long..."
