The LED you recommend are pretty expensive. I purchased a 2013 Focus hub for my son and would like to replace halogens for LED. Would it be better to just replace the entire headlights? Looks like I can find a pair for under $500. If I replace the high and low beams with the LEDs you suggest, I’m up in that price rang. Maybe you can suggest a mid price appropriate led? 😊

I lean more towards 2700-3000K of color temperature, so I'd like to know which LED bulb is the best for that warm white color range.

I have a different Hikari bulb called the Titanova in my Tundra, it's ludacrisly bright and in my housings throws further and is much brighter on low than any high beams I've seen. A bit pricy at 130 but you get what you pay for.

What brand do you recommend? More so closer to factory led. I tried the Lasfit LA series and they were Bright but not a big fan of the blue tint it has to it.

The Diode Dynamics I put in my ‘16 Yukon XL SLT were junk. I converted both high & Low beam headlights, fog lights and reverse. I pulled everything out of the front and tried to sell them… no buyers. I was only happy with the reverse lights and now one has failed after 2 years. At first customer service was good… but when problems reared their ugly head… they went silent.

I have a question about the high-quality LED bulbs. What if say I leave my headlights on what type of protection do the high quality bulbs have to protect the headlights from something like this? Secondly can you just replace the bulb of this headlight if they burn out?

Love the channel! Really torn I have 2018 nissan maxima with halogen/projector housing. I want led low beams and I want my fog lights to match. The fogs in the maxima has two bulbs per fog housing. Should I get 3 sets of gtr u2s or 3 sets of morlmoto 3.0s?

Are LED bulbs brighter (or overall superior) than halogen in high beams?
My factory projector lights are fantastic, but I can barely tell the difference when I switch to high beams.

Just get whatever the newer honda accords use.. their LED's are insanely bright lol.

Do I put the cap back on the headlight one LEDs are in. Cuz I have the wire coming out so there is no way to put cap back on or does the fan need it off to work

I think the Hikari Ultra, Hikari Acme-X Hyperstar, and the VLED Micro Extreme will rival that GTR Lighting Ultra 2.0 LED.

What about Fahren?

Forgive me if this has been asked before, have you done any tests on putting an H4 LED bulb in a 7 inch round H4 like Hella or similiar. Initially I heard bad things about the reflectors not doing well with the LED placement but that seems to be several generations ago. Is that worked out? I'd personally not care so much about the absolute brightest but would rather know which one reflects at least as well as a halogen H4 and for some applications like motorcycles or old VWs running generators, or small alternators low power drain is desirable.

So what do you guys recommend using? I need some bright headlights for my Silverado 03. I don’t want them to be bluish like the HIDs I want something more modern color

Hello, I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Last week, I purchased the Fahren 9012 led (60 watt) with a canbus. When installed, lasted for like 10 minutes. Turns out, the leds blew out the fuse. I thought the item was defective, so i returned them.

My Jeep uses dual lighting (9012 using both low and high beam). I believe my Daytime Running Lights are HID. I'm now looking at the Hikari 9012 with Canbus. This item only runs 30 watts. Would that be a problem? Thanks!
