To enhance various aspects of your squash game, solo drills are a must. However, it is essential to execute them correctly to achieve significant progress. Simply hitting balls while standing on the court will not have much impact on your game. Instead, focus on specific aspects of your technique and concentrate on all the critical factors you would need to consider during a match, such as positioning, accuracy, and pace. This approach will significantly aid you in becoming a better player.

The drills shown in this video are:
1. Drives with Target Zone
2. Volleys with fixed distance
3. Figures of eight (with and without bounce)

During these 3 drills, the player had a two-minute window to hit as many shots as possible into a designated area or to execute as many repetitions as possible without making any errors. Recording your scores and comparing them during future solo sessions will help you stay motivated and track your progress.
