Day 1- My legs are hurting they kinda burn had to stop for a lil bit but still kept going! 12/10/23
Day 2- The pain softned, im excited for the final results 12/11/23
Day 3- Soon

Day 2✅my butt hurts and my legs were shaking
Day 3✅ legs still shaking but its worth it getting to see some changes though i already have a big ass 😂

ОтветитьI've been doing this workout every night for about 26 days I'm almost at 30 days and I'll admit I do see big changes but I also did do another workout for about 16 days too so I think that helped. I do see changes in my bum like its a lot rounder and plump then it is before but its not quite the bubble butt that I was looking for unfortunately but my hips are getting bigger too and I really like the changes I'm seeing even if its not 100% what I hoping for. Sorry this was so long but I definitely recommend doing the full 30 days.

Day 1(6/10/2023): shitting my pants,throwing up,can't walk
Day 2(8/10/2023):same as day 1 but a little less pain, looking forward for day 3!
Day 3(15/10/2023): typing this in the next day, don't feel any pain in my legs, the workout went smoother as well! Guess my body is getting used to it. Will workout later today to make-up the days I didn't workout.
Day 4(16/10/2023): good workout
Day 5(18/10/2023): sick but I need to move my body! Not giving up!
Day 6(22/10/2023): ik I need to be more consistent, but I don't have a lot of free time. I'll try to workout everyday. As for the results, I feel my legs getting stronger, my butt feels soft when I sit down instead of just bones lol
Day 7(23/10/2023): still sick but I did it anyway. See u tmrw!

ОтветитьGreat workout, but this is mainly working on the thighs and indirectly on butt. Those who don't want to increase their thighs try more specific exercises for glutes. 😊

Ответитьhi everyone i’m a 15 yearl old underweight girl who is insecure about her legs i’m gonna be doing this workout until school stars
day 1: super hard and muscules hurt a lot
day 2: legs hurt so much it was hard to walk up and down the stairs. hard to squat but i still managed to do it.
day 3: pain still there no difference.
day 4: the pain has fully gone and the exercise was so much easier. i do see some difference.
No one was insecure until something called body shaming emerged and made us cry ourselves to sleep.
