I am manifesting and materializing the complete expulsion of every entity or energy that is not to the benefit of myself or my friends and family. Every curse, vow or promise made that is generating bad karma or is an obstacle for healing will be resolved peacefully and transmitted. I am asking for every person of my family to be cleansed on all levels from health concerns, addictions or suffering, showered with love while they sleep and that boundaries of protection be placed over everyone in my family to ensure no violation, or harm come to each of us or day to day connection. My mother carried me during a time when her father was dying from cancer and subsequently died a month before i was born. I as a child and adult always felt a dark cloudy existence and wondered if it was because of this experience in utero. How can I clear this? Which of these meditations is the best to use?

I fell & broke my leg and w I asked my higher self why this happened to me the female said to get negative attachments off of you because negative energies leave if they think there will be pain or possible death. I wondered what you think abt that?
