If you dissolved the quartz to leave the crystalline gold intact would the pieces have more value as specimens?

I would have thought these pieces more valuable as natural specimens? They appear to have a high percentage (75%) of gold. Once crushed they would only be worth the actual gold content (80% of spot?)
