A friend and house painter told me, People always pick the same white, black and grey because they are afraid. I agree! Rather be brave and have colors in your life, Worst case scenario you have to paint it over and you will still end up with a nice result.

Darling Sage, you look so beautiful in camel and in teal; but hiw about swapping out your blue- red "Cherries in the Snow," lipstick shade for one with a rust red or slight coral tint? That would look fabulously beautiful on you. As a redhead myself, I always use lipsticks with those tones. Blue reds wash me out and make my teeth look yellow . But coral? Whute teeth and a blooming, flattered complexion. It will do the same for you, Sage!!!😊

I just came across your channel and is so darn cute! Just across the ditch in nz and it is so nice knowing other folk like vintage decor as well.
I actually used that curtain fabric, as well as the pink, and made a double sided table cloth. It works really well for little hands and their mess :D Headboard video is next, yay <3

Your laundry looks amazing. I also have a problem with picking the "right" paint color. Often times I think I've picked the right color only to discover that it's not the color I thought it was or it looks entirely different in my room with the different lighting. I've learned now to paint swatches on different areas of the room so I can make 100% sure I like the color before investing the $. Paint is a relatively cheap way to spruce up a room however, $50/gallon is still a lot of $. I currently have about 6 different colors swatched on probably a dozen different walls of my house - LOL.

It looks really nice!! You look so happy with it and that’s the best part, now doing laundry will be much more enjoyable. Have you thought about painting the tile on the wall? They sell paint made to adhere to it, may require a little light sanding.

You could also use that lettering on your soap canister.

Save your lint as firestarter for the fireplace, firepit or camping.

A bit of advice: when you sand a surface, its a good idea to wear a dust mask. You could avoid potential breathing problems in the future. I hope you don't mind me saying so!

I HOPE YOU realise that the reason you have SO MUCH dust from the dryer...Is because your VENT & VENT HOSE are NOT properly attached!!!!! You also NEED to clean behind your washer & MOST defiantly behind your dryer every couple of MONTHS. Don't WAIT to do this!!!!!!! Look up & see how many house fires are caused from the lint build up! Just thinking of you & your family! The more organised you are the better & easier it is to keep your house looking like a REAL HOME!! Just found your channel so, I will be going back to watch the older ones as you continue to post new.
