I drive for Uber and one of my passengers claimed to be a CPA. He is either the worst CPA on the planet, or wasn't one. He said I could deduct my groceries, a laptop for my kids, and that being a sole owner LLC would give me tons of tax breaks. Yikes! I hope he wasn't really a CPA.
