THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
Initially I was paying $34+ monthly for programs when there was an even better FREE plan here! Just started my 3rd trimester today (first pregnancy😅) and what better way to begin than with you!😊

Ps. Don’t listen to the negativity—I (and countless others) love it when you’re dog and kids are in your videos.❤️

This was very hard for me. 32 weeks with twins and severe pubic symphysis pain. I tried to get in the same positions as you, but it was almost impossible. But I enjoyed trying.

Pregnant with baby number 4 and I am desperately hoping these stretches open my pelvic floor and help my breech baby flip over... I desperately don't want a c section

Thank you for this video. I am 37 weeks and had to modify this a little and use yoga blocks and bolster. This is definitely not for people who are just starting yoga on their 3rd trimester, you got to have done yoga throughout your pregnancy.

Thank you so much for this! Is this considered just a preparation for labor or is this also pelvic exercises? I’m trying to see if I need to watch separate videos for pelvic

A couple requests for this workout program, could you include the total time for all the workouts that day on the schedule so that we know ahead of time how much time to schedule out for our workout that day to plan other things around it? Also, for some of the walking days particularly the 10 min EZ [3/3 2/2 1/1] 10 min CD days, could you give some clarification? Is that 32 minutes total or 20 minutes total or 22 minutes total? I am confused.

I have a question!!! So is it safe to do these type of workouts when you are like 34 week pregnant. Like am almost there but not quite. I dont want to do anything to induce labor accidentally, but I do want to workout and increase my endurance/prepare myself for labor ?

31 weeks pregnant with twins! And doing this around my 2 year old. This killed! I have been doing your prenatal workout schedule since I found out I was pregnant and have had lots of comments that I look more fit now then before I was pregnant! twin pregnancies are harrrd and without staying in shape with you I think this would be much harder! Thankyou!

Ashley, thank you so much for providing this free prenatal program. This is my first pregnancy. I didn't work out my first trimester because I didn't want to overdue it. I was used to doing Jillian Michaels workouts. I knew I couldn't do those while pregnant due to the intensity. Luckily, I found your plan when I was 14 weeks. I am currently 21 weeks. I feel so strong and looked toned even as I am putting on weight. I haven't missed many days and this is the most consistent I have been with any workout plan. I feel like your videos are helping me prepare for the physical demands of labor. I can't wait to try your 12-week postpartum plan! Thanks again!

Hi Ashley! I am new here and have been following your prenatal training schedule for only a few weeks. I am almost 30 weeks on my third pregnancy. I would NOT describe myself as the athletic type. haha! I didn't ever do a formal work out until after my first was born (5 years ago). I have focused on low impact work outs (yoga and swimming) due to some health issues. Because of those same issues, I'm usually unable to work out year around. All that to say, I can get discouraged because of the "two steps forward, one step back" nature of my fitness journey. But with third baby on the way, I feel the desire to be as healthy and strong as possible for my children! I'm planning to finish your prenatal training and your recommended videos up to L&D. As a reward for sticking with it, I hope to purchase your 12 week post pregnancy plan. I really want to stick with it even though this is so new to me! I appreciate your videos - your example in mothering and your faith in God are so encouraging.

@glowbodypt as a heads up, there are new studies showing negative side effects of raspberry leaf tea so it is not advised to drink it anymore.

In general, thank you so much for your videos and sharing your real life. They have been by my side during my whole pregnancy and i feel strong and prepped for labour

Omg I love this! I can't believe you have done this amazing program and women still complain cause your beautiful children are in the video!! These work outs are real and in real settings THAT INCLUDE children for pretty much every mother or parent out there. Keep doing what you're doing, love this and forget those complainers

Reminds me a lot of twerking! So, movements that some people judge as overly sexual or “inappropriate” are actually helping prepare for labor.

I’m in my second trimester and this is my first pregnancy. I did not take stretching as seriously as I should have from the start, but now I want to. This video was amazing and really pushed me. Although you moved a little quick for me. I had to pause or rewind your video a lot to keep up.
