Ответить#20 on trending still currently 😮
ОтветитьI just have to pause and leave this…that announcer calling the game winner- tears rolled down my face as they do now because his elation matched the hard work and grit every university goes thru to win just 1 national title.
Enjoy those cold ones boys. Be safe!!
Terrible defense by the FB. Goalie had no chance.
ОтветитьProud! Class of 2000!
ОтветитьMuch better that anticipated, I enjoyed this one
ОтветитьDear Marshall,
I was supporting you. I was recruited by Georgia State.
Dear Marshall defensive back that was next to the Vermont forward who scored the winner, congratulations on getting as far as you did with Marshall. You made the decision to risk it all by lunging to rob the ball from the Vermont forward who went on to score the goal. When I was your age, I might have done the same thing. So, please know that. But, when I saw the replay, the older and more knowledgeable me would simply done my best to stay with him as long as possible without dropping to the floor at all. May this experience bless you in some way.
Peace,
Miles
Finally, a different face at the top!
ОтветитьLooking at the rosters it’s Japan ( Marshall ) vs Germany ( Vermont )
ОтветитьThis is why we love sports: underdogs like Vermont. Congrats Catamounts!
ОтветитьA Choice Between Good and Evil
Zheng Zhi stated, “Organ harvesting is a crime that has been committed by many hospitals from north to south in China for many years. In fact, it is no longer a secret. Because whether it is international reports or medical records of organ transplants performed by hospitals, it can be seen that a large number of people have had their organs harvested.”
Former Chinese doctor Zheng Zhi said he wants to tell everyone in the world that forced organ harvesting is a choice between good and evil.
He said he did not want to see thousands of families face such danger, and did not want this crime of live organ harvesting to happen to anyone again. He said, “I stood up today as a witness, to testify. To tell everyone in the world that this is a choice between good and evil. Facing this fact, it is the last call to everyone’s conscience. I hope that those who do not understand and are afraid can also muster up the courage to face the facts.”
At the end of 2005, Zheng Zhi traveled to Thailand through Vietnam to seek protection from the United Nations and finally arrived in Canada.
Huang Shu-ling, a retired professor at the General Education Center of the National Defense Medical College (in Taiwan), said, “The students we taught were military doctors from China. Two of them came forward to tell their stories, which were truly shocking.”
That last defender who left his feet and the goaltender for a 1v1 will regret that move for the rest of his life.
ОтветитьAs a defender, you never leave your feet in that situation. Good awareness and patience on the shot. Can't blame the keeper. They're at such a disadvantage in a 1v1.
ОтветитьMan wish cinderellas could basketball championships but this will do.
ОтветитьObama would be proud. um, um, er.... I think?
ОтветитьWell deserved win Vermont, Your team defeats Marshall and your team is #1! Now you are members of the "Herd Enough " club in honor of TBT team Herd That. Congratulations Vermont 😊
ОтветитьNow that's I called, a true underdog story!
ОтветитьThat championship goal was an even bigger deal than “From the parking lot!”
ОтветитьLet's goooo CATS!!
Ответить"OH SHIT VERMONT"
-Dave Chappelle
Way to go, Vermont! Unranked to national champs!
ОтветитьVermont was on the attack that entire game. ONE FOR THE MID MAJORS
ОтветитьI'm very happy with UVM and New England as a soccer region overall. Rhode Island made the final in USL but to win in NCAA D1 means a lot. I love Vermont, they have been a good team for so long and for them to finally win it and in the fashion they did is nothing short of incredible.
Ответитьfn amazing job uvm. very proud too be from vermont today.
ОтветитьGotta give the Vermont defender a lot credit for setting up that goal. He made a beautiful steal and then a perfect pass up the side right in stride. He set that whole play up
Ответить10/10 commentary
ОтветитьCrazy how Marshall pulled that out. Amazing! Vermont put up a great fight though.
ОтветитьCenter back sliding in that moment... Your job in that moment is to stay involved in that play. Why slide in 1v1 isolated where, if you miss, you are completely out of the play? Just do what every player is taught to do for years, delay. You don't need to win the ball, just stay in front of him, or at least be a nuisance, if he gets in front of you. I understand sliding if the player is in a really dangerous position to shoot right away, but he wasn't, forward still had plenty of work to do and had to cut in after the defender slid. Silly decision making. But, hey, congrats to Vermont. Great game.
ОтветитьAs a Western Carolina fan, and student, I'm proud of our Catamount brothers!! Congratulations Vermont!!
Ответитьsome awful clearance and lack luster D defense. was expecting much more from our top flight kids
ОтветитьCongrats on Vermont for their first ever title
Ответитьthe beautiful game
ОтветитьTerrible futbol to be honest. The goalies are terrible and put their teams under pressure for no reason.
ОтветитьThe white people mountain state derby
ОтветитьFollowing them since they beat a relative of mine at Hofstra in the 2nd round of NCAA. WOW
ОтветитьAmazing! What a run, what a team. Congrats!
ОтветитьCongratulations for Vermont winning the college cup in the 95th minute of extra time.
ОтветитьCongrats VERMONT 🎉but coming from somewhere else, I CANT BELIEVE THE US STILL HAVE THE “GOLDEN GOAL” rule 😭 maybe that’s why you guys call this SOCCER 😅
Ответить3 mistakes, 3 goals. congrats to vermont!
ОтветитьVery poor football overall. Congrats to Vermont!
ОтветитьWhat’s unbelievable is they are the only division 1 program to ever win a national championship in all of Vermont aside from skiing
ОтветитьCongrats to Vermont . That being said poorly played defensively . 1 on 1 on an island and you go to ground for no reason . and yes, some of you were gonna say that the attacking player had a slight advantage and a speed advantage, and I won’t disagree that the attacking player looked a little bit faster. that being said, you have to positionally know where you’re at on the field and not just fling your body out at an attacking player. I think if he would stood up and keep running with him that would’ve made that significantly harder for the attacking player to score not to say that the player wouldn’t have scored, but I think that Defender would’ve given themselves a much better chance at the very least of recovering if they got beat to possibly clear the ball off the line. I would also remark why was Marshall push so far up? I don’t know if that’s because they were pressing in the other half and they decided to step their line up or if one player was struggling behind others and that left space for the attacking player to exploit
ОтветитьEveryone loves an underdog. Congrats, Vermont!
ОтветитьCongratulations to The Catamounts!!
ОтветитьCool to see your states collage win a championship
ОтветитьWhy is the clock counting backwards?!
ОтветитьProud moment to be a Vermonter
ОтветитьCongratulations to Vermont for winning their 1st National Championship in Men's ⚽️ 🏟
