4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs

Great recipe....jiffy muffin mix works great also ...just mix it up by the pancake/ waffle recipe

Hi, thanks for sharing your recipe. Do these deflate? I’ve tried several recipes I’ve gotten online and they deflate while cooking. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. I don’t over mix. Mayb not cooking them long enough 🤷‍♀️. How long do you cook them?
