I went back to find one today and found this one (which was perfect and fun and I will definitely be utilizing it everyday from now on), but I noticed there were not recent videos of her on the main channel. ОтветитьThank you for this video, Leslie! Started doing this 6/24/23 at ~236lbs/107kg (I'm 5'2"). I've been able to do the whole workout all the way through every day. It's my goal to do this once a day until I can build up to some longer cardio. Already 4 lbs down along with my diet! Good luck to everyone on their journey :)
