Should I fire my cameraman for drinking on the job?
ОтветитьAll I saw and heard through this whole video was Sheldon Cooper
ОтветитьSo cool bro. Thank you.
Ответитьbros, tossing those ac controls on the ground?!?😐
ОтветитьToo big for me
ОтветитьCoke on the job! 🤣😂😂 i thought something was wrong in the video, suddenly stop talking!😂🤣🤣🤣

Hey! Tokyo Portfolio guy. I need your help. How can I contact you in person? Thanks in advance!
The shower is used before the bath so that you do not get the bath water dirty.
ОтветитьGreat video but was a little surprised that you tossed the AC controllers on the floor - not sure the owner would have appreciated that, not cheap to replace when broken.
ОтветитьI love this channel! I recently decided that I wanna move to Japan and your channel is one of my favorite by far! The cameraman thing where you talk to him and sometimes interact I've seen that in other home tour channels as well, but I really like your dynamic here, like that one time you both got in the bath tub lol You're kinda chaotic which is to say the least unussual for this type of content, and you make it work really really well. Your videos are funny without loosing too much focus, and they're very informative as well, like showing the blueprints is a really nice touch.
Keep at it man! I'm actually subing. Would love to see the ocassional regular apartment/home, middle class stuff and all, for the regular people. Just ocassionally. Also weird stuff like that one house that had a tiny house inside, that was actually dope lol
Okay wow, I have never seen such a boring and uninspired $4M property anywhere! Great job on the video though, this place just is not my style whatsoever 😅
ОтветитьIt's really a one bedroom apartment, but it is very nice!
ОтветитьVery cool! Loved the tour. So glad Chris Broad referred your channel on his YT page.
Ответитьzesty ass sitting na mon
ОтветитьLol i payed 3,8 million for my apartment in Saitma, its a 10 minute walk and 40 minute train to central Tokyo.
ОтветитьThe culture shock is that apartments priced at $40 million still use keys.
ОтветитьI love traditional 🪟🪟🪟Japanese designed apartment , not this . I am sorry , I think this apartment is ugly 👎
ОтветитьOk first of all, your videos are great, I love the flow, the floor plan views, the area around the house etc. But. But. 4 million dollar house and the shoe closet has the same cabinet as my parents old 40m2 Soviet-era flat in a 10 story block apartment house. Jeebus people.
Ответить4.000.000 for that? WTF hahahaha
ОтветитьFor $4 million this is slightly underwhelming and small lol
ОтветитьApartment was kinda small and lack luster for the price 😤
ОтветитьDont get much for that type of money
ОтветитьOkay, just gotta make 400,000,000 yen.
ОтветитьSuch an ordinary apartment.Nothing actually beautiful or aesthetic about it.for that amount of money one can buy four apartments in our country .with beautiful view of the ocean.
Ответитьpeople who are vertically challenged?
Ответитьlol, poor cameraman is going to get fired...
ОтветитьWhat's up with the total lack of respect for those AC remotes?
Ответитьnever wanted to be inside a building this bad. Tokyo >>>
Ответитьso it's like 5mil each month right?
ОтветитьNice apartment to live or invest. nice location. Definitely like it. Best Wishes and Profound Regards.
Ответить日本の不動産価格は中国より断然安い
ОтветитьКто проектировал это убожество?
ОтветитьJapanese real estate is depressing.
ОтветитьHahaha why did he have to drink coke? Hahaha
Ответитьeven in the US most expensive neighborhoods this would be under 2 million. With no view. most other places 300 to 500k
ОтветитьIt seems to be around the same kitchen issues I had in China, no dishwashers, no ovens, and such. I did not have a voice controlled grill. My god that is so freaking cool. I had no grill at all, and my limited knowledge about it seems to be a Japanese thing.
The dryer is really normal in higher costs home in China. Even drying closets with infrared lighting that turn on once the cabinet is closed. So your plates are kept "bacteria free" completely idiotic and waste of energy but everybody have their superstition.
ikea cliset
ОтветитьDoesnt worth
ОтветитьGenuinely curious about the electricity bill in a month x_x
ОтветитьI have a question was that coke, Diet Coke or Cherry coke lol
Ответить👍⚜️👍
ОтветитьNice presentation. Life in Japan is sort of depressing. Crazy expensive and you don’t get much for your money. I think the Japanese don’t realize how much better they can live in Europe for their money.
ОтветитьIt looks tiny and narrow
ОтветитьNice Apartment. Definitely like it. From here we can explore all the good eating places .
ОтветитьThe apartment build worth $400k, the rest money is for the location.
