The power losses are a result of many poor decisions made over many years. The GREENS wont let trees be cut down or even in some cases trimmed, and then said trees take down power lines. People fight councils to protect their property against loss, but also so the infrastructure is protected and we dont lose power. Also 50 yrs ago there was a push for underground power supply for new infrastructure. It would be nice now.
