Jens, this is not specifically about this video, but if you read this, l just wanted to thank you. Your exercises, especially a particular one, have helped me so much, to go from a place of l´ll never play jazz, l wasn´t born for this, to this is actually doable with a lot of study. Thanks!

This is a fantastic lesson, especially the part about rootless chord harmony. I noticed that the a minor is kinda skipped. 10 fret C G B F. From low to high. I further notice this chord sounds a little funny in context. Just a little.. off? Is there a reason? (Almost as if it should be F# on top.)Thanks

Another masterpiece. Thanks for the chord workout! (Especially the secondary ii-V-I through the diatonic chords).

I can't think of any jazz instruction on the net that gets one faster into playable jazz than Jens here. Such useful stuff. Way to go Jens! Especially on your vids on the diatonic arpeggios. As a Joe Pass guy and have learned some of his tunes I can now make sense of alot of his lead movements .. they are diatonic arpeggios that you showed!
