The thing about the ones controlling Hollywood is they don't understand that if they put Pauly in films, we the people will go watch it. His fans never gave up on him...
ОтветитьSucks man, Biodome and Jury Duty were great movies when I was a kid, I loved it.
ОтветитьPauly Shore deserves a comeback in Hollywood. I can picture him playing a funny Marvel sidekick or something.
ОтветитьProbably a lack of real substance , or talent , or comedy skills would be a good place to start .
Ответить"Waaah, I was famous and made money but then grew up and life sucks"
Dude, grow up.
Pauly you’re not the only person that misses the 80’s and 90’s
ОтветитьThank you Pauly Shore, your movies had a genuinely positive impact on me and still make me laugh 👍👍
ОтветитьI love pauly, great actor and really humble, all his movies are great, i keep re-watching them all the time
ОтветитьKorean Bath House Watching The News, And Squeezing The Juice!
ОтветитьMy favorite actor.
ОтветитьHe’s totally relatable and super understandable but Joe just doesn’t get it.
ОтветитьPauly was "niche". he played a character that was popular at the time but it eventually gets old. His downfall was being that character only. Like Max Headroom.. he was popular until he wasnt. Pee Wee was popular until he wasnt then had a resurgence. Pauly chose to be a character in his films that eventually gets old. There are comics who are just themselves and are timeless or change with the times.
ОтветитьSon in Law is still one of my favourite movies! Such a funny actor
ОтветитьBro in 1989... in 1989... we won state... sooo
ОтветитьDude how tf did “Jury Dury” and “Bio-Dome” kill his career?
ОтветитьYou should just be happy you had your time Pauly! You were the 90s!! We loved you!
ОтветитьI'm 27 and I just watched Encino man this morning for the first time and loved it lol.
ОтветитьPerfect example of times when Joe can be a real D***.
ОтветитьHe’s got a pretty unique viewpoint on himself and his importance….
ОтветитьWatching the movies is sad because it was a good time in his life that you can't go back to now everything is different, difficult & just sucks I get
ОтветитьIn the army now is one of my favorite movies!
ОтветитьSome of us out here still loving the weasel❤ growing up in the 90's on the west coast, Pauly Shore was massive. Biodome is still one of my very favorite movies of all time. I've always thought it was strange that his career wasn't as illustrious as it should have been.
ОтветитьHis movies SUCKED 😂
Ответитьhe could sell bagels on the corner. what a washed up old fart. that was then, this is now. its over paul, you fool.
ОтветитьI know exactly what he means. Its not the same.
ОтветитьHe brings up working with Adam Sandler towards the end, but the thing is, Adam saw it from a mile away, and he pivoted into serious / dark comedy acting until he got big enough to make his own production companies, control it all, and now he just cranks out garbage films, 9/10 times a year, to go on vacation sets all over the world, and then every couple of years he does the serious ONE film out of 10 again. Pauly got stuck doing "AHWWOOOOOOOO BUHHHHHH-DEE!" cringe stoner humor and everyone grew out of it, sadly.
ОтветитьUnfortunately, it just seems Pauly Shore just didn't grow mentally in his 20's, so when he hit his 30's he got depressed because he was still a child mentally.
He is wrong, BTW, about doing things in your 20's that don't really matter. Being an idiot and knocking up some chick becoming a father in your 20's when you can wait till your 40's, AFTER you went to college and started your career and got your career life on track, is the biggest Eff up guys can make.
WEEZE THE JUICE!
ОтветитьDisney is partially the reason behind why Pauly Shore didn't get bigger as an actor. They owned Hollywood pictures which distributed many of the films he was in. Alot of actors will tell you it's challenging working around studios and businesses associated with Disney. Being a comedian actor isn't easy, Adam Sandler is a good example of it. Unlike Sandler, Pauly really didn't go for serious roles or reinvent his comedic chops. He tended to be the same goofy hippy character in most of his movies. I love his comedy; he is a great actor with a great heart. Unfortunately he is a one dimensional comedic actor like so many others. Timing is everything in comedy, he is an example of it.
ОтветитьI wonder if he really will play Richard Simmons in the future. Id be so happy for him if that comes true
ОтветитьDearest Pauly, you have no idea ....😅 remember that time you were in Cape Town in 2007...
ОтветитьIt's no secret that pauly shore was never funny. But then again, neither is Joe Rogan. But at least Rogan made some good connections to get him where he is today. Shore has always been a dud.
ОтветитьThe weeze never dries up
Ответить"Glory Days"...
ОтветитьOr maybe you just weren’t that funny? Crazy how oblivious Pauly is about his own talent.
ОтветитьLove Pauly
ОтветитьPauley super upset he had to grow up and everything is not about him.
ОтветитьIts cuz hes gay.
ОтветитьDamn this guy is REALLY bad at accepting reality. He also seems unable to recognize how lucky he got. His movies sucked. He was more annoying than funny. The weasel schtick was entertaining for about 3 minutes and that's it. He was way more successful than you'd expect from his talent level. And somehow he expected his success to continue for an ENTIRE LIFETIME? And at 50 years old he's STILL disappointed that it didn't. WTF man.
It's good that he does at least recognize his emotions and can articulate them pretty well.
I was the biggest fan of his until I met him. He was so rude. He was the one celeb I always wanted to meet and I got my moment. He was terrible. I paid to see him and get him to sign his picture. All of his movies were great and yet he's an asshole.
Poor boys still being a dick.
Loves staring in films but complaining about them.
why does he talk like Andy Dick?
ОтветитьWorst actor ever…😂
Got that typical old rockstar from some mediocre band who still has highlights and leather pants but can’t deal with getting older and washed up.
he failed because he had only the one style of character in my opinion..
ОтветитьHaving fame and millions isn't enough for Pauly, he needs reassurance every day that he's still great. His ego restricts him from being happy.
Ответить"the weasel shit dried up"
my friends and i still do that retarded shit with each other to this day
What I was the first ? First what ?
ОтветитьI had a rough day at the jobsite today, and now I feel totally fantastic after listening to Paulie!
ОтветитьThe 90s are over. I watched In The Army Now, the night before I shipped out to basic training.
