I remember when I was young me and my family went to Germany and we went to eat the big chunks of chicken and we used to take a straw and suck the bone marrow

I eat Bone Marrow sometimes as I'm convinced that in there lies the secret to the strength of the hunter gatherers back when we were at the bottom of the chain all we ate was the marrow as we had the tools to get it and were too slow for the meat so I believe it has benefits.

I think Mutton (Goat not a sheep) Bone Marrow is better than that!
