Chrome used to take up tp 10 seconds to load. I looked in my Program Files folder and my Program Files (X86) folder and discovered that I bad the 32 bit and the 64 bit versions installed. I deleted the 32 bit Chrome folder from the Program Files (X86) folder and Chrome loads my home page in about 2 seconds.and open search results the same amount of time.
