Omg! My toddler HATES me washing up. If she's distracted it's okay but otherwise she does exactly what George does. I think it might be that she wants to get involved and help?

Also never know what to do her as she has tea at nursery (she does 2 portions too!), but it seems too long a gap between breakfast. So we usually do 'lunch' food instead of a full dinner and then I eat after she's in bed

Dying to know how you got on with the lashes. Did they last? Also was it hard to get the glue off after? I use the kiss ones...same concept but the glue is like cement! Also don't have a clue what my toddler is saying half the time 😂

Omg my son does exactly the same thing when I wash up 🤣 I didn’t realise toddlers were so strong but he actually manages to push me back 😂

I have the exact same thing with my daughter and washing up😭

My 2 year old does the same wen I wash up but I started using his kitchen tower and giving him a sponge so he cleans the side whilst I wash up 😂

Also Casper hates me doing anything tbh - I can’t go on my laptop at all I literally could never work from home with him around, he hates me washing up, if i get the vac or brush out he just try’s stealing them off me and has a melt down 😂😭 xx

Batch cooking is the best. Also I would personally offer snacks/give dinner as some nursery portions are awful!!!!! (I have worked in murseried up North n the portions r no gd)

My little boy is the same when I'm cooking and washing up. He gets between me and the worktop, then pushes me and throws his head back into the cupboard handle so then we end up with him screaming even more because he's banged his head 🤦‍♀
I tend to put aside some of our dinner from the night before so he can eat that in his highchair whilst watching me cook now 😂 xx

My LG is 15 months old today and literally attached to my hip. Screams at me when I’m in the kitchen washing up or cooking even when she’s in her high chair or with her toys… drives me crazy. Bananas are great before bed so you get some decent sleep yourself 👍

Same here. Our boy does not let us do anything in the kitchen. Its because he needs some attention.

My little girl does the same if I stood at any part of the kitchen counter doing anything at all. When George was saying cheese she grabbed my phone and was saying cheese back with a smile as if he was going to take a picture of her 😂 xx
