Can someone give me some context, I'm new to this universe.

I may be wired and different from people but even I think this person is insane and has serious mental problems, this guy needs serious schyciatric help, he needs to actully be locked up for hid own safety and the safety of everyone else around him, please girls stay away from this man, I'm spiritual and I also am an empath and I can see this man is extremely dangerous. The police need to take this man off the street. I also believe he is beyond repair, I went to special school with people with mental health issues and disabilities, so I've seen allot but I've never seen anything like this, please if there are any social workers watching ththis video I beg you to take this dangerous man off the street, I have a verry bad feeling about this person, as a tarot reader myself he gives off verry bad energy
