All the water is coming down, from Gavin’s point dam, James river, Vermillion river, Big Sioux river, and the little Sioux river.

James river and vermillion river are still in major flood stages and there’s so much water behind the Gavin’s point dam they can’t shut it down anymore

Sadly, not a surprise considering all the flooding to the north that is working its way south. Hope the water recedes soon.
