Even tho I play mostly horde, Tyrande is right. If it was Stormwind who burned Anduin and the humans wouldn’t want to stop until they got retribution. But since it is the Night Elves, they have to take it and shut up. The alliance did nothing to help them, hell Darkshore was only night elves and worgen (and the champions but y’a know) the rest of the alliance refused to send any help. The night elves were in Kalimdor for longer than any human settlements but they still have to take the loss and sign a peace with those who burned their homes. And I don’t count Lordearon as retribution, Sylvanas blighted her own city.

It’s ironic. In A Good War, it’s revealed the goal of the war was to strike and divide the Alliance while they are recovering after the events of Legion.

Even if Sylvanas failed her goal with the Jailer and on paper the Horde lost, they still were successful in dividing the leaders of the Alliance, particularly Gilneas and the night elves.

I just hope in the future that Tyrande doesn't thirst for vengeance because she will lead the path that Arthas will take like Sylvanas did.

yeah yeah we shot a fucking beam of azerite and melted n'zoth's brain but what about the fucking gigantic sword that Sargeras stuck in her? oh lets not get caught up in semantics.....besides we need to jump into a rift that Sylvanas created, which we might never return from to somehow "save" a bunch of pointless NPC's nobody even likes anymore....

when I stopped playing not by my choice, the alliance started most of the wars with the horde up until Garrosh Hellscream that is. I stopped playing after that so I don't know if it ever evened out, but I did play both sides so I saw the point of view of both sides and I saw that most of the times the alliance didn't look before the leaped, the alliance would often jump to conclusions and just attack.
