ОтветитьOmg I so needed this in massage school! You rock !
ОтветитьYou rock ! Thank you 🙏
ОтветитьThis video had helped me confirm a good starting point for the funky stuff I've been dealing with for 4 years. My right side is pulling me down so much my lower rib cage tucks into my pelvic bone. I'm constantly getting muscle cramps and spasms and it has made my spine form a lovely S shape. I've also found from 5"11 to 5" 7, my shortest was 5"5. I've done all kinds of different therapies and regular doctors just want to cut me open. I gave up looking for care over a year ago out if frustration. How do I find somebody locally that specializes in fixing deep muscles?
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьI strained my ql and I have been in pain for almost a month I had: surgery: surgery and have a colostomy that training that ql is no picnic I have been in some awful awful pain went to the doctor I just been resting and have muscle relaxers and Heat
ОтветитьWatching the ribs move so much in this timelapse just demonstrates how important all the muscles attaching to the ribs are to work on
ОтветитьAwesome! I had a left QL muscle strain for about 2 months, worse pain ever. fyi, resting is the last thing you should do.
ОтветитьBad A**;}
ОтветитьThank you so much for making these videos! All the information is SPOT on and exactly what I needed to know. :) You rock!
ОтветитьWow amazing video, very detailed in explaining the QL (it’s origin/actions) and of course your painting skills was the icing on the cake, helps so much visually! Thank you so much!!!
ОтветитьI just came across your page, searching for a video to help someone understand the QL. I'm a Pilates instructor, educator, and writer. I am also a former massage therapist, coach, and athlete and a few other things. In all my years of somatic movement and therapy, as well as writing about the anatomy and injuries, I have never seen a video like this. This is one of the coolest! You make learning about this tricky muscle, very accessible. Nice job! I'm looking forward to checking out your other videos.
ОтветитьYou are amazing
ОтветитьТалантище!
ОтветитьHola, Veo tus vídeos desde España... Son espectaculares... Que pena que los subtítulos no sean en español... Gracias !!!!
ОтветитьTake that, athlean x muscle markers
ОтветитьThis is a great video. And I love how you painted the muscles.... that helps so much to learn the muscles!
ОтветитьGenius ...thank you!! Mistery solved!
ОтветитьThanks man it cleared lot of confusions
Ответитьthank you!!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this work of art, amazing! I never thought about this muscle, until I pulled it putting a box of water in the car. Let me tell you, it is very painful, and restricts your life instantly! How long do I have to wait, until I start getting body work? Thanks again for sharing your art work with us!
ОтветитьI cant believe someone disliked this video.. this lady is the most informative and creative teacher ive seen thus far and i struggled in school immensely.
ОтветитьWow! It looks so real! 👍🏼👍🏼
