Helped a lot man. Thanks! Just got my own Q35
ОтветитьGonna start this hobby.
Might start with quest x10
I have 2 the Quest Q40 and the Minelab Go-find 60
ОтветитьQuest has a brand new machine out now. I think its called a 80 or 90?? Don't remember. I would like to try one out
ОтветитьHave u ever used a Whites MXT PRO?
ОтветитьCan't find the x30 but the quest x10 is still available at a decent price, which might very well be my first machine! Cheers for the reviews and sharing your thoughts on these detectors!
ОтветитьI have started with md4030, next was quest x10 - i am in love with this one, but unfortunately it started to miss targets, i dont know why, and now i hawe purchasedx terra pro, now order is on the way. I have tryied Nokta - awfuller detector ever used. I lowlve quests and i agelree with you about quests
ОтветитьWhy no Simplex? That is a bang for the buck detector everyone raves about.
ОтветитьGreat review! I love my Q30+🙏
Ответитьcould you get hold of a DR OTEK XR and give your view
ОтветитьGreat video, I bet you don't reply, but I still use my c scope 1220 b and it still delivers. Even my arado 180 is OK but that took years of listening to master and now hearing is not so good, the lows get missed.
ОтветитьGood review, too many adverts.
Ответитьnokta simplex seems to do everything for £300. should you mention this for balance? enjoy your vids. v deep emotional guy - chill
ОтветитьSurprised the quest pro wasn't in the bunch shown. ? Perhaps it would have come up tops
ОтветитьI’ve give up on my simplex and bought an x10 can’t wait to get out and use it
ОтветитьGood video very informative
ОтветитьDaues,legend,equinox.
Ответить👍😊
ОтветитьAre the Q30s still available, or have they been superseded by the Q30 Pro?
ОтветитьAmazed the Deus doesn't get a mention here....nice to see the goldmaxx power though.
ОтветитьWhat could be the difference between Blade vs Raptor coil on Q30 ?
ОтветитьQuick question about q30 and q30+. The wire less functionality on the q30 +. Why not buy a blue tooth transmitter and head phones off ebay for tenner.
ОтветитьHeard quite a bit that the Simplex+ is great for the money and out performs some machines double the price, would be nice to see how it really compares for the price.
ОтветитьBloody hell mate 😳 just how many metal detectors do you actually have or should I say own?
As always buddy 💯% 👍.
The only Bad thing about the Q30 is coins and things that are Deep the ID on the machine Don't give a Reading at All
ОтветитьThanks for this.. its always nice to hear someone's honest reviews about things.. have you used a deus II at all?? If so, what do you think?
I've been detecting for a year and have a vanquish 340 and a nox 600, I love them both and have found some amazing things..
Starting to consider getting a Deus II, although it's a totally different machine. What I've seen online so far, it looks very good.
I live in the Midlands and mainly detect on pasture and in woodland.. I have tried beach detecting a few times but don't really like it..
Thanks again for your videos..
I've subbed. 😀
Once you get the updated replacement parts for the Minelab, They are not too bad of a machine. But look at the tube reviews, Prepare yourself to fix the weak parts. Plastic still has a ways to go to be dependable.
ОтветитьYou mentioned the Anfibio, did it totally suck, LOL? I've heard it doesn't do well in salt water, which seems pretty ironic, considering the name. 🤣
ОтветитьSome time ago you tested a C Scope Pulse Induction detector with a favorable review. For beach work, are these still valid detectors or has the coming of the latest digital based detectors now made them redundant. Thanks for introducing me to the Quest range of affordable modern detectors.
ОтветитьFor some reason, Quest don't do so well here in North America....I purchased the X10, then the X10 Pro and absolutely love those machines!....Considering getting the Quest Q30 now...Thanks for the reviews! Great video!
ОтветитьAwsome video my Friend, i use a simplex by far most of the time and love it but i also have a Quest x5 as a backup (still use IT from time to time) and i love that one too so i agree Quest make some awsome Machines :)
ОтветитьYou might not want to but could you do a tutorial on how to fiddle with settings? I’ve started detecting properly with my son and daughter in feb and joined a local club. I bought a q30 but am uncertain with noisy fields with foil big hunks of iron and metal litter? I bought it from Joan Allen thanks to you btw. 😊👍🏽 thank you
ОтветитьWhat do you think about the deus and the AT pro did you used one of them before?
ОтветитьNice to see you opinions on these, using the Rutus Atrex at the mo, but I'm going to look to add one of the Quests to my collection at some point.
ОтветитьAbsolutely love the video buddy!
You actually inspired me to start metal detecting this year and start up my own channel with the Quest X10 Pro.
I don't expect it to ever do as well as yours but I enjoy it!
Recently found what I thought was a Saxon strap end and it only turned out to be a Roman Brooch!!
The first of its kind ever found in Devon which is just insane!
Fingers crossed our paths cross and I can buy you a pint or 2!!
Thanks to your good self I started out with the X10 then jumped up to the Q60 6 months later , just out of curiosity what's your go-to settings when out on the field using the Q60/Q30, I usually use field or gold 1?
ОтветитьGreat vid mate
ОтветитьGreat helpful video, been detecting for 18 months, started with x10, first day out found a henry vi hammered penny, great little machine soon bought a mars discovery coil for it, vastly improved chirpiness. Found some great finds with it, more hammered coins, saxon brooch, pilgrims ampulla at about 13 inches deep. December bought q30 off ebay super pleased with it, also added mars coil, great machine, total of 26 silver coins thanks to quest detectors, totally agree with you fantastic machines.
ОтветитьI got my daughter the x5 and I’ve been using it while I save up for another machine for me and was just looking at the legend because the nox is a lot more to save for and the x5 is just 🤬so thanks for the heads up on the legend
ОтветитьI appreciate the honesty. That earned my sub.
ОтветитьMy old school favourite was the cscope 3300 nothing could beat it in any cscope guise new or old ,my best looking but mediocre machine is the Fisher F5 stunning looking but needs more power cant fault it otherwise ,best overall is my Fisher F75 strangely hated by some but going back to fields its been used in there not much left even using a Minelab Equinox 800 ,unfortunately the equinox finds the iron the fisher told me was there ! In 4 tones the fisher winkles out old round pounds from the thousands of ring pulls one field is covered in ,i dig the ring pulls ofcourse but i know if its a quid or a dud lol
ОтветитьEquinox coil ears are far too weak. And the sound on deep targets should go softer and higher. I always have to look at the depth numbers when hunting for deep targets.
ОтветитьGarret all day long
Ответить👍Great information there👍
ОтветитьI'm moving back to the UK in the next couple of months, watch all your vids and can't wait to start my metal detecting journey, will definitely be picking up the Q30 thanks for your advice
ОтветитьHello bleeper!
how much "better" is the quest q30+ compared to the normal quest q30, it must be loads better or does the extra £100 for the q30+ not make sense? i am confused however...I'm sure you will be honest with your advice!
Hi Chris very interesting video it’s good to hear it first hand it’s saves a lot of time and money searching around and purchasing new detectors only to find out it’s not what they said on the box!
ОтветитьWhat about the Rutus bud
ОтветитьLook forward to your Legend update video Kris...
