How to Equip your Mount - NeverWinter For PC

well F2k this game
i Did everything and it can not equip mount its bugged and on (7) to mount my mount its bugged and cant allready 1 hour and still cant do sh1t

i have a glitch where i have multiple mounts but i can't swap them the button has gone a grey. i am not sure what to do?
(edit: just figured it out)

but if u have that mount, and buy an other mount on AH, how do u use that one?

how i change my mount? i get a wolf but i dont know how to unequip the horse :(
