Of course it’s a movie but during WWII and throughout history there have been many brave people who sacrificed everything for their beliefs!

Sad thriller, but that was life back then too, thus this film mirrors that time somehow.

I would usually watch anything that was vaguely film noir but this one was literally putting me to sleep. I gave up on it about15 minutes in. It was just too corny.

Some of the corniest wartime Propaganda. Was tough to get through even at Double Speed.

This hit most German stereotypes, which clunked badly. Men's suits & hats were great. Linda was a good sis. Made as the European war was ending, maybe?

O.K. movie, but poor directing. The plane was flying for quite a while and they still could see it explode. It was miles away.

Just think how far we have come today. Now we have spy’s and traitors embedded throughout our highest levels of government. God help us!

Germans haven't changed much over the decades. I've visited there twice since 2013, for months ea, and they are an arrogant bunch. In fact, the only thing I enjoyed were the Turk "Donner Kebaps" along the streets. Even with their "pretense" at liberalism, I saw them as no less aggressive than the Russians. Wait and see...

Why can't these days script writers do not have that much of capability which showed 1943 onwards writers written, so simple but encouraging story, my DOB was 1956 maybe that's why I got the weaknesses for these types of stories.

Amazing the movies that were made as the horrors of WW2 were unfolding...the Wachenshou...shows the final episode with Goebells rallying the enthusiastic Berlin people to defend against the Soviets at their gate...Brandenburg gate

I think they needed more shots of men walking awkwardly fast through quiet neighborhoods.

I enjoy these WWII era stateside made movies. They usually are right on the money when it comes to German Nazi spies. They were the lowest despicable humans on earth. Glad we kicked their butts in WWII. 😊 God Bless the GREATEST GENERATION !

OK film as a parody. The characters on either side act not in an improbable manner, but an impossible one. It is a comedy of errors, but deadly ones.

A very well-made spy thriller. A cast of shady characters worthy of any Hitchcock offering. Well-written, plausible script, believable, compelling characters. Atmospheric settings, taut suspense. I particularly liked the dream sequence.
It's safe to say "Producers' Releasing Corporation" were no slouches; even if they were a second-string, 'poverty row' studio... This was no 'B picture'. 👍👍👍🎞️📽️🎬

How did they get away with releasing this film? The acting is diabolical.

I've had 2 ocaissions in Germany where men have greeted me with "Clicking their Heels "
