Do homes require (by law) tornado or/and hurricane insurance? I've briefly heard some areas are designated as "flood zones". Sorry...not sure if I might be mistaking SA for another part of TX.

H-E-B is the best grocery company in the United States. Great benefits and they pay better than the California grocery stores and NO unions 🥰. Gas is $1.33 a gallon right now at my H-E-B 👍🏻🥰
