I can't wait to start making dies for the 6T fly press I just bought from the UK. It's on the way right now
THATS SOME BIG NUTS.
Why wouldnt you be building robots or something?
I love the build quality of all the things you're building. It's very inspiring and just makes my soul happy 🙏✌️
Surely this press built the industrial revolution! Loved and subbed!
Ответитьthis machine was first invented to make circumcisions easier and faster😮
Your accent makes you sound like a US pilot!
Thanks for the great content 👍
Looks like a silent hammer.
Excellent commentary. For example, you considered welding the components but decided that you’d rather have it easy to disassemble
Your video quality is only exceeded by your craftsmanship, ingenuity and skill! So happy I discovered your channel! Subscribed 👍🏻
Nice video mate. You may have already done this, but looks like you should also make a T-handle bolt for locking that top die so you don't need to keep reaching for the allen key.
After playing with my new fly press I can really appreciate how great of an idea and design this is! Now ive got to get to the shop and make some! Awesome work!
Ответитьgreat videos
Ответитьit's amazing that a fly press can be so useful in this work. Great job!
A complete waste of time. What I would have done:
Great video.
Wow.
Just flawless.
It's interesting that these fly presses are non existent here in Canada, I've never seen one in any of the shops I've been in. Everything over here is hydraulic. Probably generates more force, but not nearly as fast as the fly press. We do have something with a rack and pinion, but they are terrible to use. They don't generate a lot of force, and the handle operation is vertical, so the dies are always closing when you let go of the handle.
This is perfectly. You are very good master. 👍
Excellent project, I do not make enough use of my flypress, I will see what else I can use it for.
Nice
Thinks & Works like a PRO ! Legend!!!!! I subscribed after seeing this video.
What language is he using ? :)
Beautiful work. Always better to spend the time now to save alot of time later.
I was very lucky as a young man in my early 20's , after passing my first welding cerification. And to have worked under 2 great mentors. They always stressed the need for jigs and fixtures.
always counter every 2 rotations of your tap with half a rotation in the other direction to break the chips.
I LOVE THIS.... ALL of this. An outstanding channel.
Ответитьplease do not use americanisms like " wrench". its a spanner lol
Brilliant.
What size are your flypress's?
👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹
What is the long marker you use?
Ответитьswietna robota 👍👍
Ответитьsmart man
Did you call it a paddle pop stick? It caught me off guard but makes complete sense. We call it a popsicle stick in the US.
Nice project , I look in envy at all those nice toys you have!
What perfect instructional video! Not a moment wasted.
I particularly love that you show your mistakes. After another day in my own workshop I noted that if I videod my work, there would be more mistakes than accomplishments. 😄
Make the top die retention bolt a T handle so that you change out top dies tool-less.
Nice video, thanks :)
I like it. I don't know about you but it would have taken me a month of mulling over how to make this before I started. By the way, did you consider mounting the cam lever the other way to make it pull the base plate towards the stop when engaged? Good job though.
Weird how all the woodworking channels have turned into machining channels 😅
