Great update Tony! Loved your vacation videos and time with the family is very important. I'm happy to see your review of your DKN. I'm interested now to see how my 3:1 DKN turns out. I will be sending you that one for your comparison in few weeks when it's ready. The helles I want to try. Finally secured a decent ferm fridge should be picking it up this week so I'll be able to. Just have to work up a recipe. Something I just didn't bring with me when I moved was my extra fridge. The live stream is a great idea. However if on Saturday I can't participate since I work. Great update! I'm brewing a Neipa tomorrow with kveik (ebbegard), also called a KNEIPA :) I'm not going to use that much dry hops, because I want the fruitiness from the kveik also take a part in the aroma. We'll see how it turns out :) And off course I vote "Yes" for a live brew day! SKÅL!!!

Awesome update and video. Just brewed a NEIPA this past Friday so lets hope it turns out as good as your's sounded. We used WLP095 as our yeast. And love the idea of a live stream brew day. Cheers!

My Favourite "BrewTuber", and yes i would like a live brewday. Some thing that i find most interesting is tastings from people with low knowledge of beer, they seem to be very genuine in their thoughts so that might be an idea for a video. That is if they want to be in a video. Cheers!
