You know, I was wondering why this episode felt so weird until I realized it wasn't the American version. The lack of unnecessary sound effects and Gordon not yelling every two seconds really does give you a bit of whiplash.

I made that same minestrone on top of a mountain after a grueling 12 mile hike using an iso-butane stove, filtered water, titanium pot & spork. It's hideous for a restaurant to serve that!

I don't ever feel sorry for anybody who goes on to spend a massive amount of capital on things they don't properly research. Especially when doing so teethers them on potential financial ruin not only for themselves but also for their loved ones. I do not feel sorry for those people in the slightest. I do feel bad for their family members who are affected who had no choice or decision in this matter.

There are two different types of people in this world. There are logically brained thinking individuals and there are individuals who function off hyper emotionality or emotionality in general.

Spending that amount of money on a place in a profession you know very little to nothing about simply because you got married there is an emotional thinking person who is void of logic and suffer the repercussions because of it. This is why it is paramount for these types of individuals to surround themselves with logically intelligently thinking people.
