This woman shouldn’t have gotten the dog without his permission. Then later in force the responsibility upon him while he never even had a chance to say yes or no. She is to be blamed for sure. Then she is the one who enabled the dog to have severe detachment disorder. People like her shouldn’t get a dog!

Ok first of all, the fact that the dog stayed in the house, must mean that he at some point accepted the dog being there. Probably when he was a puppy he didn't cause that much trouble so he was indifferent, then when the trouble began he bailed out. No buddy, if he really didn't want a dog, the dog shouldn't have been allowed to stay even for a day in their house.

But then, the absolute lack of empathy he shows to his wife is shocking. Even if it's all her fault, if you care about someone you want to help them, not pin them down, guilt them to oblivion, then make them feel worse about it.
What's the point of family if you can't turn to it when you make mistakes and need help?

My parents have a very anxious Chilean rescue dog, shes terrified of other dogs and can be quite difficult to walk, she also needs to share her living space with my cat whos a bit older and not fond of other animals in her living space
I think the amount of love and compassion you show your pet will make a world of difference in life, my dogs is so well loved by my entire family (including myself before I moved out for college), she loves just lazing around the house with whoever she can find and running around the backyard, she never bothers my cat and we have not had any issues with her to this day

I am only halfway through this episode and I cannot stand the husband 🫠🫠. He doesn’t want to clean the garage as a team effort for the well-being of the dog? Ok well, you live there too sir, don’t you want to put in the efforts to better your home with a little bit of elbow grease?? 💀

I hate everything about the husband. He is arrogant, ignorant, selfish, self-centred, doesn’t really want help with the dog, he wants Victoria to fail, so he has an excuse to get rid of the dog. It doesn’t matter how much his wife apologises and grovels (which she shouldn’t need to do), he will never be satisfied, he just wants her to feel bad/guilty forever. He’s a waste of space. He needs to go more than anyone.

Martial Arts is not not just about respect and honor but it's also about self dicipline, temper and your spiritual sensitivity of what is going on around you when you are alone somewhere in an uncomfortable enviroment. It's about knowing what you are capable of your own protection and NOT allowing any negative enviroment making you feel like you can't cope. This guy needs to understand when you have a 'pack' family regarding a dog, then there needs to be a pack leader who is the one in control or around the dog most of the time and as in any chain of a squad, second in command meaning, support the one who is at home most of the time by following the pack leader, which should also inform the 2nd in command of what is to be accepted for a balanced family /pack life. I hiope he stepped up to the plate and no I don't mean fill it with all his needs but to a happy and healthy home enviroment for the dog and everyone else.

TWO MINUTES???? REALLY???? THAT's the watermark?? HELLO??? People leave their dogs at home for hours and TWO MINUTES is the success mark??? OK.... My dogs are HAPPY to be in a downstay for six or seven hours!!! All the morons that think the success of engaging a dog for two minutes after four MONTHS of expensive intense work is evidence of SUCESSFUL GENIOUS dog training.... sign here... HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! This is NOT dog training. Any qualified balanced trainer can fix this problem in minutes without covering windows, without all the observation without all the drama. It's a matter of leadership and PROPER relationship with the dog, and these problems simply disappear. This video is LAUGHABLE!!! It can be resolved SO much more simply and quickly and result in a MUCH more satisfying relationship with the dog... both for the human and the dog.. I would LOVE to follow up with this couple and offer an alternative to how to train this dog and watch their mouths DROP!!

The husband hits almost every trigger I have. My ex did the same over our children. He was jealous of any time spent with the kids. Wouldn't help with them at all and when I confronted him about it was told you wanted them I didn't. Well got rid of him and got a dog. My life was so much better. 😂

My dog had really bad separation anxiety for a while and this made me really sad 😭, he'd been returned before multiple times and as soon as we left the room he tore it to shreds. You just have to show the dog that you'll come back and that you love them like they love you.

In order to fix your problem, you and the kids should listen to Victoria. Next, just let that man go and get a divorce. He is so disrespectful to his wife. She would be better off alone. His wife is crying, and he just sits there during the apology saying it’s not good enough. I’m sorry to say your marriage is over and there is no fixing an indifferent man.

My sister got a dog I hated it for awhile than as me and the dog started to play I started to love being with the dog and even when I hated the idea and started to love it I always tried to help my sister take care of the dog I trim her fur,help her bathe the dog,get stuff out her mouth,clean her cage,clean her mats and I even trained the dog how to go upstairs and give me a fist bump

This is nuts. I know most dogs - even with separation anxiety - aren’t like this. My dog is a little 8 pound guy, so this kind of behavior is impossible for him. But I’ve never been so thankful that he actually runs to the area I keep him in when I’m leaving and basically begs me to leave 🤣. Because it means treat for him. Lol. I still don’t give him free rein of the house, but he does get more space than just a crate.

Why should he help her if he didn’t want the dog in the first place?

It needs both to confirm from day one to be a unit for that animal. If one of both doesn't want a dog than that one decides. No dog. Easy as that. It's like a child. If one doesn't want a dog the other one needs to respect it.
