So this video's message is: You don't need sleep.

Well if you care about your health at all you really do need it. Why fuck up yourself just for some extra money? If that even makes you more money. How well can you utilize those extra hours? Let's say you sleep 4 hours a night. Okay so you got extra 4 hours now, can you utilize the whole 20 hours of wake time to 100%? If the answer is no, then you are wasting some very important sleep. Sleep more and you can make better decisions in life.

One advantage of being young is that a lot of people want to help you. It's true in any group, company, or organization, people want to help the "new young guy" who is struggling but motivated to be great. Maybe they see themselves in that.
