I think that the girl's school or maybe a certain version of it (possibly boy's as well) is within the building and they have some kids that are raised entirely within the building

I'll go to bat for Ricken a little bit here, from his backstory his parents (wealthy) treated him like a burden and kicked him out at 18 with some undisclosed amount of money. I'm thinking it was a rather lot and that him and Devon have been kinda coasting off that and he's afraid of what'll happen when that runs out as his current books don't sell/make money in addition to wanting to impress his parents by having a success. Not that what he's doing is right just some context on why I think he's doing it.

I'm not sure the significance yet but there's a small line when Drummond is talking to Helena where he mentions 'her temper levels' in percentages and something about fixing them, so they have some sort of method by which they measure the 'tempers' and adjust them
