Hey bro just got this message while trying to open one of my files that have never ask this before. What is this .Net 8 runtime. I am not a developer, and I am trying to find out what it does but can't find any info. What is this thing, what it does to my pc if I install it ?. 🫤

I am facing an error while installing the version
