Gordon is the epitome of mastering a craft. The way he narrates it shows he’s thought the process over, whether it’s his or someone else’s process he’s mastered it. It kind of reminds me of some rapper saying Eminem had his rapping down to a science. The process is mechanical and it’s really amazing to see what you can do when you properly think about something and create a plan. Even just as a child being to do your laces with your eyes closed is training your brain in that way and I find it fascinating about the way people truly know something inside out like this.
