All good but he forgot to mention pumpkin seeds oil. Each person is different but for me it is one of the most clear effect. Pills with the oil can be found although I did read that some eat the seeds itself. The other thing is to avoid sodas and too much salt.
(They talk about avoid dairy but I, personally, didn't notice a problem with that.)

I was just told by my Urologist to avoid citrus foods and juices, because it can cause prostate enlargement or at least irritate it.

To these all products, I would also add Eronex. The products themselves do not remove the pain. Food is only part of therapy.

I’m 70. I use a lot of tomatoes and ketchup. I take 1/2 a lemon everyday. I take maximum zinc and vitamin D supplements. I take krill oil supplements. If I skip one dose of tamulosin, I suffer for two days. Wtf? None of that crap works for me.

Doctors always say there is no relationship between prostate enlargement and prostate cancer. Whenever I watch videos on prostate enlargement, those talk about food good for preventing prostate cancer. I can’t understand the logic

These are good healthy foods all the way around. Besides proper diet, another way to help keep your prostate healthy is to just manually flush it. ✌️

I suffer with histamine intolerance and have discovered that tomatoes contain a substantial amount of histamine. However I eat tomatoes because I have an enlarged prostate. All of this information tells me that I have to do a balancing act with regard to what I eat. I was diagnosed with stage 3 prostate cancer in 2015 and was put on hormone therapy for 3 years. That stopped my body from generating testosterone. Only recently I discovered that lack of testosterone can contribute to an enlarged prostate.

Please revise your conclusions urgently!!!!

I find it morbidly hilarious that you buy into the politically (eugenicist left) motivated war against red meat. I appreciate that you are trying to make this "digestible" for those that don't know anything about medicine, but you will be doing a large majority of people a disservice with your constant vilification of it. Red meat heals, this applies to almost everyone with something that ails them. That of course comes with the caveat that: it won't do much good if your still eating junk on the side, smoking drinking and/or drugging.... this caveat includes a lot of store bought and non-organic plant and plant-based foods, even "fresh" fruit and veg.

That being said I am going to assert some things that you may not agree with until you look at the research instead of articles in edited journals.... As you have mentioned elsewhere, one of the biggest factors, if not the biggest factor is hormone level changes, or abnormalities. Both in too much Testosterone (specifically HT) and Estrogen. You will find that especially now that the vast majority of people eat way too little red meat and/or processed garbage, especially "ethical" vegans and vegetarians, that the cause will be a lowered testosterone and a hugely elevated estrogen level. Especially with the overuse of GMO and chemical pesticides that go to work on our hormone levels.

To give this a little more context: I was raised as a vegan and have suffered the consequences to my health. From my esophagus to my rectum and urethra has been damaged, with a large amount of secondary issues resulting from them, eg peripheral vascular disease, a weakened musculoskeletal system and a plethora of; arthritic conditions, metabolic diseases, auto-immune issues. I'm telling you that a lot of the foods that you recommend herein many people cannot eat. I can no longer eat any of them, or can only eat in tiny portions, think garnishes. I would suggest the lion diet for anyone that has any digestive tract issues (in fact any physical or mental health issues). And once you improve "enough"; perhaps introducing SMALL amounts of fibrous carbohydrates and tubers, such as sweet potatoes. This means dropping ALL processed/convenience foods, and eating solely whole foods, predominantly red meat, eggs, and small amounts of dairy. This also means dropping fruit drinks (especially those from concentrate), non-organic alcohol (pretty much all alcohol), non-organic coffee and tea (again, almost all....). Moving to drinking solely or predominantly untreated spring water, filtered water, or distilled water (with the chemical treatments and contaminants removed). Not only is this proven to work much better than the foods you suggest with literally hundreds of health conditions, it's way cheaper and easier to manage than a multi-vector balancing act that is likely not to work without popping pills that damage your system further.

With respect. I love your presentation style, but you need to do some updates on many of your videos my friend.

Tomatoes are the fourth most commonly consumed fresh vegetable and the most frequently consumed canned vegetable in the American diet. There is emerging epidemiology data supporting the connection between increased tomato consumption and reduced risk for both cardiovascular disease and prostate cancer.
Here we will summarize the nutrient and the phytochemical content of tomatoes and tomato products, and how these bioactive components might act together to modulate disease development.
Recent animal studies have investigated tomatoes, lycopene, and prostate cancer using the N-methyl-N-nitrosourea and Dunning rat models.
These animal studies also suggest that diets containing tomatoes may decrease the risk or the progression of prostate cancer. Due to the frequency and the extent of tomato consumption, the supporting epidemiological and animal data, which connect increased intakes with decreased cancer and cardiovascular disease risk, tomato's role in the American diet is of undeniable importance as part of a healthy diet.

I’m game for this kind of talk, and eat food, butt I have to say, I’m 69, have reduced flow, I eat cashews, peanut butter all the time, I eat fish, and I take garlic with my food, and eat onions often. II shouldn’t eat sugar, like ice cream, but I’m not huge on sugar either. I don’t drink soda or take corn oil. Maybe I can take beta-sististerol, and take zinc again., outright. I would never use unhealthy canola oil. Sometimes in the natural arena, there’s something complicating your body you are not hitting on.
