ОтветитьI had to clear all storage data/cache and force close the app, and enabled all permissions. by default android had all permissions denied.
ОтветитьPlease add a updated video that matches the current app, there is no longer a "+" icon to connect and when you navigate to account and select "my robots" it says "there are no robots associated with your account" with no option to add one.

ОтветитьPlease consider tweaking the video to show EXACTLY where the power supply is on the “back of unit”. It’s hidden at bottom under what looks like a handle. Also, how the inner “bowl” must be initially positioned to pour litter into it. Had to watch several vids to figure it out. (Hole should not be positioned at bottom because litter will just fall down into lower box).

Ответитьyou will need to buy a new one every couple of years. They are not reliable for long. I have to mess with mine every day to get it to work. It takes up so much of my time just to get the globe to do anything other than sit there half turned. Today I have had enough, its in the garbage and I am happy to return to scooping so I don't have to spend so much time fking with it.

ОтветитьI recently changed my email password and now I cannot login to the app. It just says invalid credentials. I can login to the website just fine. Such an expensive product to have a buggy app. Frustrating!
ОтветитьI do not see the same screen you show when booting up the app. Mine is pretty much a mirror of your mobile site and I don't see a way of connecting to the box.
The box is great. The app sucks.
Just received mine litter-robot 4 and there's like a heavy round weight hanging down on the inside behind the rubber diaphragm?!?! What heck happened in shipping and how do I fix this??? My box was pretty beat up and there was virtually no packing on the inside, so this isn't a surprise. I was really looking forward to this, disappointing to say the least.

Video is good but the app needs some work. If the Bluetooth does not connect it requires you to re-scan the barcode for each re-try. There is no reason you should ever have to do this more than once. I can't get to the back and the drawer area is too light and the box is downstairs. Not impressing me.

ОтветитьNot exactly happy with it right now. I just removed it from the box and got it all set up like the instructions says to do. And it's stuck on the solid yellow or the flashing yellow without doing anything with it. It's not spinning, it's not connecting to the app. I can only turn it on or off and push buttons which will only change what type of yellow I'm getting.

Ответитьcant even connect the robot to wifi. i just got litter robot 4. i have other per stuff from different brands and connecting them to wifi is easy. This just doesnt connect and not even an instruction on how to connect to app

I see LR4 finally coming to the UK. but how do you justify £865 when it only costs approx $730 with tax in USA., its roughly $200 more expensive to buy in UK :-(
Can Litter-Robot be used entirely in manual mode? That is, without using the WiFi app? My home WiFi network is 5.0 GHz, and I see that Litter-Robot only works on 2.4GHz band. I think this means that I will not be able to use Litter-Robot with the app?

The power socket is on the back all the way on the bottom inside what looks like a handle. It's hard to see on the black model without a flashlight.
ОтветитьWhy is it that nowhere on your website does it show your contact info? No phone number. No address. On the returns page, the customer gives all their private info, not the company. How does the customer know they can safely return something or know these are not fake reviews? Like that laser pen that supposedly absorbs color. They had real videos and reviews. But it turned out to be a scam and nobody received their order.
