ОтветитьWay too much talking. Just show how it works!!!!!
ОтветитьThanks for not wasting time, great job
ОтветитьHow about non black plastic?
And flexible fabric like an inflatable boat?
Then how about UV protection.
U didn’t cover that.
Thank you.
Try soapy wooder next time
Ответить"pitch white" ????
ОтветитьI would be more concerned about the rusty paintwork below your door bumper strips
ОтветитьI'm thinking ChrisFix
ОтветитьI tried for myself on my 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and it looks amazing!
Ответитьthere is cheaper out there
ОтветитьSave your money!
Use a propane torch done!
I've got two jeeps
ОтветитьDoes it work well on the interior plastics too..?
ОтветитьAny idea if this works for a composite bed of a truck?
ОтветитьBuddy = Chris Fix wannabe 😢 black spray paint without your stupid discount, quick easy and lasts for years
ОтветитьNeed this for my MK5 GTI
ОтветитьHow long does it last
Ответить65.- $ for 4 pads??? Not worth it and a 1000% guaranteed not permanent 🤷♂️
ОтветитьShitty it’s only available in the states
ОтветитьOr, use a heat gun.... You're welcome..
ОтветитьScam!
ОтветитьI wonder if this would work on hazy headlight lenses?
Ответитьsave money and use Solution Finish
Ответить45 years ago, I was using black polish shoe on my little car qhen I was student, like new for very long period, now a days those products does not restore a very deep black color even does not last longer
ОтветитьPeanut oil or peanut butter oil....amazing long lasting results. 👍👍
ОтветитьWhat’s the active ingredient? MEK?
ОтветитьThe problem with most black trims is they are not dye. Water based solutions like back to black is like a lotion so once it dries you get the faded. If you used a dye style trim it last until weather conditions ruin it so you have to routinely maintain it, no perfect solution,
ОтветитьLooks like a good product, but the price is high for only 4 cubes.
Ответитьgood video. gonna try this on my Jeep
ОтветитьI have seen this on many occasions but thought it was a scamme.
ОтветитьNot seeing any proof of how long it lasts
ОтветитьJust buy plastic trim paint and be done with it don't waste your money on these products
ОтветитьCan you use this on the inside of your vehicle?
ОтветитьIs this just paint? 🤷🏻♀️
ОтветитьPermanent is forever one time ever needed to be applied. 250 washes means long lasting not permanent.
ОтветитьCeratrim works really well too and it’s available at Walmart.
ОтветитьFor the skeptics. This is indeed not permanent, it is a coating. However it is a long lasting coating. Depending on the quality, up to a year and a half. Good ceramic coatings last longer up to five years for the best ones. The only way to restore the plastic is a heat gun.
The plastic gets discolored because the oils found in this petroleum based product get washed away from years of exposure. Heat brings this oil back to the surface restoring color. After restoration, I apply Diamond Pro Tech 36 month coating. They also have a 5 year and 10 year coating.
OR just use a heat gun and olive oil. The heat gun brings the oil left in the plastic to the surface and then infuse more oil into it by rubbing in a little olive oil on a cloth and rubbing it in. Cheaper, if you have a heat gun.
ОтветитьSorry but WHAT?! 65$ for it??? It's a robbery! For just a few dollars you can buy a blackening liquid that works permanently. A bottle with a sponge for application and in hard-to-reach places you can use a small brush. One is enough for the whole car (last used on my volvo xc90 and still about half a bottle left).
ОтветитьIt's been a year. How does it look now?
ОтветитьAt the end of the video the plastic looks a little more faded then when first applied
ОтветитьAnyone who is slightly more handy, don't even bother with these restoration kits. Get trim and bumper paint, mask and spray. It's less than 10bucks and WILL last years and years and years with zero issues. It's the only proper fix longterm. Everything else is just watered down paint wannabe applications.
ОтветитьI'm sorry but I'm I the only one that seen that big ass bug going up the poll at around 420 mark or so
ОтветитьPitch White.....🤣🤣
ОтветитьShoe polish for the win. Puts the oils and pigments back ino the plastic...👍
ОтветитьWhat solvent is used? Graphene has nothing to do with it. just a sales pitch.
ОтветитьWhy not just use a heat gun to restore trim?
ОтветитьYou'd need all 4 cubes to do a nissan xterra lol or maybe 3 orders
ОтветитьSo it's lithium grease with graphite powder added?
Zebrite grate polish is your only man.
