ОтветитьI found you about a month ago. I’m pushing 50yo and love your workouts. They are intense without being so intense that I get injured. In fact I’m so much stronger and have gained muscle. I LOVE this format! the beeps help me focus on the activity instead of my screen. But I like both formats, somedays I need the commentary to push myself.
I also love this playlist! The music is perfect. I’m so thankful for you and your workouts. Thank you!!!!!
Loved the format…I am not a dancer. I look like a power lifter BUT these workouts have kept me injury free ….I am 60 but can train like a 30 yr old. Thank you so much.

ОтветитьTruly want to get into these workouts. Sedentary for way too long and everything hurts. Is there a good pre-workout stretching routine you can recommend. I'm just starting, so I need to increase my flexibility on everything from knees to shoulders. I'm 56 and I've already lost a lot of my range of motion. Thanks for the videos!

ОтветитьThis was fantastic. I used to be a martial artist and have completely stiffened up and lost flexibility due to chronic illness and joint pain. This felt like a great stretch even though I couldn’t quite get as deep or as lengthened in the moves. I did improvise one or two things but I’m hoping to get better mobility from a daily session.
ОтветитьHi Kel I have recently discovered your channel and I must say that I am finding yours a welcoming change to my usual routine. However, the music is distracting to say the least. Would it be possible for you to do some of your videos without music and replace that with your voice, explaining and pointing out the small but very important points to bear in mind when we go through each position? I am sure that you agree it is difficult to keep watching your video and bending or turning. However we can benefit from hearing you at all times.

ОтветитьThis felt so good, and burned in all the right ways! I’m 8 weeks pp and finally wanted to get my heart pumping and just had to make a couple modifications for abs. My little ones joined in and three year old said “holy bananas” after the walk out Jump backwards combo😂

ОтветитьThank you, Kel This was a great, challenging workout. (For me, the biggest challenge was in the lunges because they required balance and strength.) For future workouts like this (hopefully!), would you please consider adding alignment reminders under the circuit title? Although I've been working out and doing yoga for years, I find alignment reminders helpful. Thanks!
