ОтветитьI liked the work out I'm. 59 with a bad knee i stood up for most of the work the first round... but the second round I had to sit down... I wanted to know if you had knee friendly workouts? I love your energy God bless and. Keep encouraging us

ОтветитьI broke my leg and missed working out! So when the doctor said I could start my routine, I went for it! 10 mins yesterday. 30 today. Used to be lady farmer. :) Now it's just Cindy! 😊

ОтветитьThanks again Schellea, I am soaked once again. Next Standing Abs and 10 minute toned arms. Then Stretch. I stretch before getting out of bed so I count that as a stretch BEFORE exercising. Blessings to you and YOURS!

I am one of those people who really only loves to get my exercise outdoors, walking, jogging, working in my garden, etc. But living in Wisconsin, the cold weather is coming, and I just can’t make myself do it. I went looking for a compact, and fun workout. I could do indoors at home, and looked into rebounding. I absolutely love it, and I love this workout. Thank you so much. I look forward to your other workouts, as well. Oh, by the way. I turn 60 this November, and while Loki pretty darn good for my age, this has really put a youthful “bounce” back in my step, to go with it!! 😅
