The way I see it is that God is using the Chinese president to connect the world which is a blessing. If anyone thinks their plan to keep Africa secluded was going to work forever than they have no idea what God is capable of doing. Construction workers of the magnificent structures must mostly be Africans who will often be discarded by China for communication and replaced by mostly Chinese workers who can effectively communicate with chinese engineers/administrators. China gains by getting their laid off workers jobs, salaries and minimum transfer of work technology. African China Agreements must include classes for language training/schools being set up with minimum of 30 percent of African workers for a project, 5 percent for qualified higher positions with salary paid by Chinese that must be monitored by respective African Government officials.
