Very rich and savory~ It's a lot of flavors that go well together spicy/sweet, eggs/peanuts... It's very simple to recreate- I bought palm oil special at a small African shop and I'm glad I did when I had the chance! I wish I waited for my plantain to be more ripe, but I was too excited to try this LOL. Thanks for posting a wonderful tutorial!
