If eula releases at the yime people speculate her release then she will probably be skipped by a lot of people because of Fontaine and the fact that most new players dont even know she exists. And a lot of the people that even wannt eula already have enough primogems to gurantee her. Unless Hoyoverse rreleases a 10 out of 10 weapon banner like they did fir hutao and Yelan, the banner sales when eula releases will be hot garbage.
