If you are a new trader, listen to this until you can repeat Tom Canfields words ....word for word

The humility and honesty about his emotions and his mindset about understanding some of the trading decisions that are horrible mistakes is mind-blowing.

Not because it's new but because he has a high self awareness about how his mind works along with his emotions. These are triggers to trading errors that cost money and can lead to more personal obstacles to overcome.

It's important to understand how to trade but it's more important to understand how YOU trade best. With confidence and comfort with following your rules

This interview has become my "trading therapy." I have listened several times since it was released. "Let it go" is a great theme. Amazing paradox: letting it go, leads to getting it back.

I love Tom Canfield’s raw emotion. Financial loss and burden is detrimental to ones health. I love this video It’s a “dangerous” place.
