When the arbiter looked at the ChessBase India video to decide the game

It was a very unique case where in the final round of the Prague Chess Festival blitz, the arbiter was called to make a decision. The arbiter had no way to tell what was the accurate result of the game. But he saw that there was a ChessBase India monopod standing there with the game being recorded. He asked for the video to be replayed and then gave the result which decided the winner of the event.
