Condominium in Thailand look very much sophisticated, more beauty than in Vietnam (Saigon, Hanoi...); the environment in Thailand is much even courteous. Exchange rate on BTH and $US is $1# BTH32.95 (01/02/2023).

Yeah, 27 sqm is a little too small for me too. Premium pricing for that second unit, but as they say, it's all about location. I think with the low cost of transport I'd rather walk or ride into this part of town and live a little further out. 45 sqm as a minimum for me. 27 sqm is just too small.

They shut down this nice Promenada Shopping Mall.hopefully they will reopen it

Love Chiang Mai. Much more relaxed energy than the hustle and bustle of BKK. Just outside of CM are lush areas good for hiking. Havent been there in years, so hope its not gotten too developed.

Excellent prices but too small for me. I'd want around 70 sqm. Neither condo would be suitable for me but the 2nd one was in a better neighborhood.

I would like to recommend apartments and condos. Name number One Plaza Ramkhamhaeng 2 rooms price 3,500 or more can be anywhere for a month. I want you to come and come to record clips, count the number of One Plaza Condo Ramkhamhaeng 2, can go to Mega Mall. Bangna big mall

That $500 condo is like you said overpriced. I rented at rhythm asoke in bkk rama9 for I think $500 utilities and Internet included . I mean you can buy houses/condos in Chiang Mai for 2M baht ($59k). The $300 dollar one was nice but a bit far.

the 2nd condo is in the best location, BUT considering the size for the price, The small gym, small pool, I would pass this one up myself

The 2nd apartment. Its more than just the apartment but the quality of life and the 2nd unit is in a great location.
