For my case its 10 and 12 th percent my cgpa is 8.8 till 6 sem now im in final year still getting difficulty in shortlisting for company because company want 10 and 12 th percent upper than 80 and 90 for both 10 th and 12 th so eveythinh matter

All the things he said in the video are 100% true. I am final year student in tier 3 college with only 7 cgpa and I am personally experiencing them in the campus placement. I possess above average coding skills from my peers but still it doesn't matter as I am not shortlisted for the company. All I have now is regrets for not improving my GPA.

This is true. I took off campus placement at a product based company. I am my department topper (obviously 9 pointer) but mostly the companies would remove the entire department from shortlist. I felt off campus was smoother than on campus. Again a personal opinion.

And also in other companies the interview went really well but only 2 girls got selected that too i know them and they don't even know how to do basic coding then how they cleared?
1st bcoz the company wanted only girls

Guys don't worry and don't get demotivated only 0.1% tend to get high package rest everybody gets 2.5-3 lpa only.
And most of companies only ask cgpa from 6 to 6.5 only and these companies makes around 95% of them and rest don't worry about it.

sir drop year ka bhi batana. maine 2020 mei 12th board diya tha. uske baad do saal drop kiya. then i joined a local BSc college but after studying 1semester i realised it's not helping me and then decided to drop another year and now I am in iit madras.
